Take your enthusiasm for soba noodles to another level! Join Mr. Goudo, a soba master chef running his own restaurant to serve guests aromatic and flavorful, authentic 100% buckwheat noodles. (*Most soba is made with some wheat flour added to the buckwheat flour as the noodles are easier to make and less likely to fall apart.)
Learn how to make 100% buckwheat soba noodles in a private hands-on experience. Have the restaurant all to yourself and watch Mr. Godo’s demonstrations every step of the way. Be amazed as he guides you through his refined techniques to create your own masterpiece!
Take the chance to try your self-made noodles as well as Mr. Godo’s showpiece. Enjoy sweet buckwheat galette in addition to the noodles to put the finishing touch on your artistic experience.

Be welcomened into the restuarant and learn about the process of creating 100% buckwheat soba noodles.
•Step 1: listen to the introduction and explanation of the flow of the day’s activity.
•Step 2: watch a demonstration and listen to instructions given by Mr. Godo to show you how to make your own buckwheat noodles.
•Step 3: try your hand at combining the buckwheat and creating delicious noodles.
•Step 4: tasting; enjoy your self-made noodles and Mr. Godo’s creation galette, for desert too!
